Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责 :
- Continuously establish and improve Quality Management System to be compliant with ISO9001, TS, API, CE, etc.;
- Implement QMS training on staff and perform refresh training when necessary;
- Lead the internal team to audit Quality Management System periodically;
- Make sure quality system procedures efficient implementation
- Develop procedures ensuring internal processes to be compliant with quality management system or requirements.
- Perform internal spot check to ensure third party requirements followed right.
- Apply for product certification (TS, API, CE, ASME, etc.) and communicate with the organization
- To understand product standards and product certification clauses, push reference department to follow these.
- Maintain relevant records to satisfy external audits.
- Liaise with internal team and customers to comprehend and meet certification requirements (TS, ASME, API, etc.) on products.
- Follow up on Third Party or Customers audit findings and corrective actions
- Lead DCC and calibration team to finish daily work
- Implement identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of quality records.
- Coordinate trainings related to quality system
- Other tasks assigned by department leader.-

Qualifications Required / 基本要求 :
a. Education / 教育程度
- Bachelor Degree above;
- ISO9001 Internal certified auditor。

b. Working experience / 工作经验
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Quality Management.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Quality System
- Hands-on experience in Document Control

c. Specific knowledge / 专门知识
- Basic computer skill on use of Excel and Word.
- Leadership for team (IQC and DCC) management
- Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures.
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations
- Familiarity with ISO9001
- Capable to lead the Certification team, verification processes, perform resource planning & management.
- A systematic approach to work and adhere to define procedures.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. -
d. Language skills / 语言能力
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
