MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Monitor production quality,prepare quality control documents,such as:control plan,training and evaluating QC

管理生产质量，准备质量控制文件，如控制计划等，培训及评估质量检验员

2. Lead the evaluation for internal nonconformance product.Join in QRQC meeting,analysis and improve product quality. Tracking production to find and solve quality issue

主导内部不合格品控制处理。参加QRQC,分析及改进产品质量，跟踪生产现场及时发现问题，解决问题

3. Lead customer complaint treatment,anylysis root cause and improve,reply customer according to customer and Autoneum’s requirement

主导客户处理，分析及改进，按照客户及欧拓要求回复，与客户建立良好的关系

4. Cooperate with project and developing department,make up and prepare PPAP documents,etc,ensure project to be succeeded in mass production

与项目，开发部门合作，制定和准备PPAP文件等，保证项目顺利量产

5. Control process excutiving ratio for operator

生产现场工艺执行率控制

6. Fully analysis for any quality issue in production,submit improving action and follow up excutiving effectiveness

对出现的质量问题进行全面分析，并提出改进意见，跟踪实施效果

7. Support to build up ISO/TS16949 quality system

支持ISO/TS16949质量体系的建立

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

按时完成上级要求的相关工作

JOB REQUIREMENTS

教育：College above degree,major in science and engineering 大专以上学历，理工科专业
经验：Minimum 3 year experience worked in QA and automotive industry 至少3年汽车零配件行业的QA领域的工作经验。

Be familar with quality control tool and the method of solving problem熟悉质量管理工具及解决问题的方法

Be familar with factory quality management and the interpersonal ability with customer relationship 熟悉工厂质量管理和客户关系处理

年龄：26～45

性别：不限

语言：Written and read English英语读写: Good

专业及能力：Be good at using Office Software. 熟练使用OFFICE软件；

Demonstrate knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and relevant manuals. 具备ISO/TS16949质量管理体系和相关手册基础知识。
