职位描述
1、负责项目施工工程中强、弱电方面的技术支持与审核；
2、拟订工程项目强弱电设计方案，审核电气图纸和施工方案；
3、组织、协调、监督项目工程施工各个环节中强、弱电方面的工作；
4、协调沟通各参建单位之间的关系；
5、组织电气工程的验收；
6、负责解决专业施工中出现的重要技术问题并实施质量监督。

任职资格
1、建筑电气、自动化、机电工程类相关专业大学本科以上学历；
2、5年以上相关工作经验和房地产企业相关岗位经历，中级以上职称，注册安装建造师、注册安装监理工程师或注册设备监理工程师优先；
3、熟悉强弱电工程项目设计、施工管理的工作流程和规范，具备扎实的强弱电专业知识；
4、具有较强的各阶段设计图纸的审核能力，较强的分析解决问题的能力，勤奋敬业、责任心强，具有团队合作精神，有较强的执行力。

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
In 2003, ABP Beijing, the first demonstration zone of Headquarters Economy in China, was built in Beijing.
