岗位职责:
1、 负责一级项目土地获取、合作协议签署等重大节点计划的跟踪与攻克。
2、 审核项目可行性研究报告，提出拓展建议；
3、 负责项目手续报批的协调、组织和控制，及时向项目负责人反馈出现的问题，对相关资料的完整性、及时性负责；
4、 负责组织或配合编制各项方案书，进度计划，并组织实施。
5、 组织合作条件的方案拟订及落实等工作，主持或协助公司领导进行合作谈判，签订合作协议；
6、 负责与相关政府部门或专业管理机构的沟通协调，以及关系的广泛维护。
7、 负责与合作政府的沟通协调，解决合作过程中出现的问题，保障合作协议的顺利执行和实施
8、 熟悉市政工程施工及管理，有全面的组织管理才能，有处理各类突发事件和协调各种关系的能力。

任职资格：
1、专科以上学历，城市规划、工民建、给排水、电气等相关专业。
2、五年以上房地产管理经验；从事房地产一级开发或者前期工作者优先；
3、具有较强的沟通协调能力、公关能力和谈判能力；对地产市场有敏税的洞察力和前瞻性。熟悉房地产专业相关知识、项目管理知识；
4、熟悉国家房地产政策法规和前期开发流程以及政府部门工作流程；了解房地产开发的相关政策、开发流程及报审、报建各项手续的审批程序；熟悉国家土地法规和征地拆迁等房产开发相关国家政策；
5、文字功底好，具有较强的语言表达能力和公关技巧。

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
