Sales/Business Development Manager
Main Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share
? Initiate sales plans, manage the day-to-day sales activities
? Continuously refine sales approach to identify and target new business/sales opportunities
? Manage the sales cycle, drive and preform sales/distributor management
? Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers about technical and commercial issues, such as contracts negotiation and customer specific requirements
? Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
? Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
? College degree or above, in business sciences or related majors
? Years’ Sales/Business Development experience in industrial sector, preferably in steel industry
? Have background of industrial projects, auto parts or steel products is a plus
? Technical knowledge is preferred
? Cross-cultural knowledge
? Experience in marketing distribution channels development and maintenance
? Strong ability of exploring and developing new business/sales opportunities
? Good in English both written and spoken
? Self-motivated and self-driven
? Hands-on mentality
? Pro-active, energetic and outgoing
? Strong communication & interpersonal skills, a good team player
? Results & customer oriented
? Capable to work under pressure
? Willing to travel frequently
