岗位职责

1、销售管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；

2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

3、根据公司业务需求制定渠道策略和销售目标；

4、建立渠道销售流程和运作规范；

5、开发管理新的渠道合作者；

6、组织联合行动或促销行动，推动渠道销售与渠道合作者关系。



任职资格

1、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；

2、3年以上渠道销售工作经验，有丰富客户资源者优先；

3、有大区市场渠道开拓及管理工作经验，有团队管理工作经验，业绩优秀；

4、具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，市场感觉敏锐，有良好的沟通技巧和组织能力；

5、能承担较大压力；

6、有多年快消品、饮料类商品的渠道分销经验；

7、可以在苏锡常地区经常出差或常驻当地者优先。
