2、8年以上仓库相关工作经验以及5年以上汽配行业仓库管理经验；
3、较强的解决问题和沟通的能力；
4、熟悉使用基本办公软件；
5、熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范，熟悉ERP系统；
6、较强的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
工作职责及内容 Responsibilities：
1、熟悉汽配行业仓库管理，确保收货，包装和发货等流程正常进行。
2、执行和完善仓库的规章制度，规范作业标准及里程，提高效率，降低成本。
3、有效管理货品储位，提出改进方案，保证仓库最大化的使用率。
4、有效配合公司整体业务运作需求。
5、监督并执行盘点工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案，确保库存准确性。
6、对公司物流供应商的协同管理。
