1、Conduct monthly AP balance reconciliation with key vendors
2、 Independently run various AP reports and conduct expense analysis
3、Maintains the supplier files in system.
4、Verify the input VAT invoices and check with the accounting records
5、Voucher binding and filing management
6、Issue VAT invoices and mail to customers

Requirements:
1、over 3 years experiences of working for manufacturing company preferred.
2、Above college degree, Accounting or Finance diploma.
3、Ability to work independently and team work spirit.
4、Experience with Excel and Word.
5、 Good communication skill.
6、 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
