职位描述:

1.To engage in a patrol of the security using condition of the factory as well as the public facilities, such as workshop, the meeting room, the visitor's room, the bathroom and other relevant appliances. In doing this , we can make sure that whether they are in good control or not. We can also keep the clean& clear& security of our company, and discovering problem on time.
2.It is appropriate to register and keep all kinds of keys to ensure whether the door has been locked and can help to open at any time.
3.To arrange and make sure that the office desk, the employee’s cabinet, the shoes cabinet and the cup cabinet are in good conditions.
4.To manage and supervise the vehicle park, check the circumstance of the helmet carrying. And to deal with the violate cases.
5.To organize and arrange the various style activities of the company.
6.To replace the receptionist at some time.
7.To arrange the company’s regular bus according to the management demand.
8.To do the other works assigned by Supervisor.

岗位要求:

1.Bachelor Degree,2 to 3 years relevant working experience.
2.Good spirit of team work and strong planning and management ability.
3.Good command of Chinese and English communication skills.
4.Healthy body, energetic and quick response.
5.Be good at MS office softwares.
