职责描述：
1.Responsible for the administration and implementation of EHS policies, plan and programs 负责进行EHS方针政策,计划和项目的执行
2.Be responsible of maintaining ISO14001/OHSAS18000 certified status
负责建立和维护ISO14001/OHSAS18001系统运作
3.Responsible for the safety of EHS manual compilation, edition, management, and staff to provide the necessary EHS training
负责EHS安全工作手册的编制、换版、管理工作,及为员工提供必要的EHS培训
4.Management of EHS daily maintenance and inspection, to ensure that the system in good working condition;
管理EHS的日常维护和稽查,确保系统保持良好的运行状态
5.Responsible for environmental operation manage, including environmental laws and rules collect and analysis, environmental aspect monitor, hazardous waste disposal;
负责公司正常运作中的环境管理，包括环境法规的收集及分析、环境因素的检测，危险废弃物的处理
6.Be responsible for the report of the accident, incident and investigation; formulate corrective and preventive action of inconformity, accident & incident, and organization and implementation;
负责事故、事件的报告及调查处理，制定不符合、事故、事件纠正和预防措施并组织实施
7.Responsible for the special job / work of supervision and management, Includes certificate and qualification management
负责特殊岗位/工种的监督和管理,包括上岗证和资质的管理
8.Be responsible for fire protection, chemical defense related external connection;
负责消防、防化相关的外联工作；
9.Other work assigned by superiors.
