主要职责：
1. 草拟公司相关人事管理制度经批准后实施；
Draw up the company relevant HR management system and implement it after approved by PM;
2.人员招聘与入职管理；
Recruitment and employee on-boarding management;
3.负责公司外部人才储备体系及内部人才建设，对人才任用提出建议；
Responsible for the company's external and internal personnel construction, and puts forward suggestions on personnel appointment;
4.负责员工的劳动关系、人事档案、奖惩、考勤等人事管理工作；
Responsible for the management of labor relations, personnel files, rewards and punishments, attendance and so on;
5.制定和完善公司薪酬福利、绩效考核制度，并推行实施；
Make and perform compensation benefit,performance assessment system,and implement it;
6.制定员工培训与职业生涯发展计划，并组织实施；
Make employee training and career development plan according to company's stage of development , and implement it;
7. 负责核定员工工资、社保公积金、加班费、年终奖金等；
Responsible for calculating employeesalary/ social insurance & housing fund/ approved overtime /year-end bonus and so on;
8. 参与公司员工劳动安全和劳动卫生管理；
Participate in staff labor safety and health management;
9. 负责劳动争议与劳动纠纷处理工作；
Responsible for handling labor disputes;
10.部门成本预算与控制；
Make department budget and control cost;
11. 参加对公司员工的绩效考评工作；
Participate in staff's performance evaluation ;
12. 负责与外部人事组织、人才机构的协调联络；

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验；
2、英语熟练；
3、工作地点在吴江平望；

Our Company is newly established,located in Wujiang Pingwang,a wholly owned German company,registered capital of 200 euros.The total plant area is 2600 square meters. Our main production is automotive steering rod.
