Application Manager (AM)

Location CN: Taicang

Job Area: Application

The tasks entrusted to the Application Manager are to:

· Participate in variant motor development projects.

· Supports motor modification, support on motor quality issues.

· Be responsible of motor performance test & motor release.

· Develops motors in product development projects.

· Prioritizes running projects, Evaluates feasibility and economical figures.

· Lead engineering team to handle all technical inquires.

· Liaise with customer to clarify the motor requirement.

· Approve the motor configurations and outline drawing proposal for cost estimation and customer approval.

· Review team members' performance, coach engineers to strengthen the engineering system and technology level.

· Work with project manager.

Requirements/Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Motor/Mechatronics related.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical design/plastic part/electrical design/application use.
3. Above 3 years design and application experience in motor.
4. Good knowledge of motor testing.
5. Good leadership and communication skills.
6. Good command of English and Mandarin.

7. Must be good at working under pressure
