职位描述
Requirement:
o Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting related fields.
o 2-3 years of solid experience in tax.
o Good command in written and spoken English.
o Attention to detail and able to work independently as well as in a team across all business units of the Company, including overseas offices.
o High degree of drive and initiative, with excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibility:
o Monthly calculation of input VAT, output VAT & VAT transfer out.
o Monthly calculation of consumption tax (CT). Maintain input CT manually and deduct from sales CT when the materials consumed.
o Monthly application export rebate.
o Responsible for tax compliance to ensure all the tax payments are paid timely and appropriate.
o Submission of tax report (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) to tax department.
o Keep good relationship with tax department.
o Timely booking and tracking fixed assets and prepare Fixed Assets reporting – Tracking report and depreciation report.
o Organize Fixed Assets physical count periodic.
o Improve and optimize Fixed Assets management process and procedures.
o Accrue GS fee and salary monthly.
o Timely report Statistical Forms
o Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
