岗位任职资格 Qualification
1.文化程度：本科以上学历, 最好有工程类背景,物流、工业工程或者车辆工程类专业。
Education: bachelor degree or above, engineering background is necessary ;especially major in logistics, industry engineering or vehicle engineering.
2.专业技术职称：技术员或助理工程师以上.
Technical qualification: technician or assistant engineer or above;
3.三到五年汽车零部件行业经验。
3 to 5 years experience in automobile part manufacturing field.
4.中文/英语语言技能熟练
Sufficient English and Chinese language skills
5.熟练使用普通办公软件
Familiar with MS office software
6.熟悉物流规划流程，充分理解精益生产理念。
Familiar with logistics planning procedure, good understanding at the lean produciton.
7.熟悉汽车行业物流运作模式，了解大众、通用、上汽等客户的物流运作规范。
Familiar with logistics operation method in the automobile field, espically in SVW, SGM, SAIC operation regulation.
8.熟悉包装设计，精通包装规范。
Familiar with package design, be good at package specification.
9.熟悉仓库管理流程，精通工厂物流运作环节的控制。
familiar with warehouse management process, be good at plant logistics operation controlling.
10.熟悉运输规划、运输管理、承运商管理及应急协调。
Familiar with transportation planning /management and coordinating in emergency situation.

主 要 职 责
Main Responsibility
1.项目先期的物流规划、包装划、运输规划及项目导入控制
logistics planning, package planning, transportation planning in the early stage of the new project.lead the new project launching in logistics field.
2.生产运作过程中的物流管理，物流问题的协调及应急响应，包括供应商、生产及客户环节。
Logistics management,coordinate all kind of logstics issue and emergency response in supplier/production/customer logistics.
3.仓库管理及运输管理
warehouse management and transportation management.
4.跟踪客户物流表现、供应商物流表现并制定改进措施。
Fellow the customer and supplier logistics performance and make the improvement action plan.
5.牵头组织进行开展纠正性措施和改进措施工作
Leading of corrective and improvement actions
