Reporting to: manager or senior manager

Job Description &Responsibilities
Draft the Engagement Letter for manager’s review, and assist in answering clients’enquires in accounting and payroll;
·Complete clients’ initial system set-up under manager’s instruction;
·Organize proper staff for job allocation to meet team’s efficiency;
·Review all the deliverables done by associates and submit for manager’s final review to ensure high quality of all the products;
·Work with associates to prepare daily bookkeeping and monthly payroll processing for different industry-base clients;
·Prepare monthly PRC financial report, IAS report, payroll summary and internal management report;
·Responsible for billing and cash collection;
·Assess associates’ performance through daily work and give prompt and constructive feedback for their improvements.

Requirements
·Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or HR is preferable;
·Around five years’ working experience in accounting for foreign invested companies or in CPA firm, familiar with monthly accounting processing, closing and reporting; or five years’ working experience in domestic HR agents like FESCO or CIIC for social insurance compliance services;
·Good command of statutory accounting principles, standards and procedures;
·Familiar with the reporting requirements for local tax filing and declaration in BT, VAT, IIT and CIT;
·Holding a certificate of accounting professional (会计证), Qualified Accountant (中级会计师) is a plus;;
·High client service responsibilities and problem solving skills;
·Very good communication skill, a true team player;
·Be familiar with the domestic or international accounting software;
·Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
