Job Requirements:
---Electrical, mechanical, engineering relevant;
---电气、机械、工程类专业；
---At least 2 years experience in plant facility maintenance management;
---至少2年以上工厂厂务维护管理经验；
---Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14000;
---了解ISO/TS 16949和ISO 14000；
---MS office software & AutoCAD;
---会使用办公软件和AutoCAD；
---Project experience；
---具备一定的项目管理经验；
---High voltage electric certification or relevant certification;
---有高压电工证或相关证件；

Job Responsibilities:
---Overall coordinate the building ,office setup program concerning HSE permit work related
---全面协助厂房，办公室，及EHS相关程序的建立；
---Setup and Maintain facility
---参与建立及维护厂务设施
--- Conduct the MAE released program
---实施MAE相关需求
--- Tracking the OPLs corrective status and carry out CIP
---跟踪OPL状态，持续改进
---Preventive plan, maintain and continuous improve energy supply system, such as electricity distribute system, water system, compressed air system, air conditioning, exhaust.
---制定预防性维护计划，持续维护及改进电力系统，水系统，压缩空气，空调，排风机等设施
---Plan and maintain fire prevention system, security system.
---根据预防性维护计划，检查维护消防，安监设施
---Plan and execute all buildings structure related maintenance and service, such as parking area, roof and structure safety.
---计划及实施厂房相关维修及服务，如停车场，屋顶，相关安全等
---Coordinate installation and facilities supply for Engineering shop floor / office launch, renovation and relocation.
---协助厂务设施，办公室的安装，革新，搬迁等事宜
--- Power energy saving management and improvement.
---能源消耗管理及改善
---Training the operator about plant safety, EHS knowledge.
