THE POSITION
The objective is to develop system business in China. Optimize commercial strategy of Helvar lighting control systems and establish distribution network to meet company sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
？ Searching for suitable distributors and establishing the network of LC business in China
？ Technical and commercial supporting LC distributors
？ Shaping business development strategy by analyzing market and advising Headquarter of market trends, opportunities and threats
？ Technical supporting to end-users or customers
？ Cooperating with lighting control systems team in UK and Hong Kong China
？ Forecasting importing deliveries with customer’s requirements
？ Offering lighting solution for detailed projects, including components
？ Organizing the offering routes in China and controlling Chinese distributors
？ Acquiring system projects or supporting distributors to acquire projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION (Essential Personal Abilities/Aptitudes/Skills)
？ Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering .
？ 5+ years work experience in international corporations
？ Practical experience in lighting or lighting related areas
？ Lighting and control system application knowledge is a must, previous experience in system application is an advantage
？ Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
？ Solid experience and know-how in project sales & business development
？ Skill to observe the market objectively
？ Active, initiative work attitude and self organization skill
