熟悉包装材料及相关工艺，以及各主机厂包装规范。

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

1. 新项目的物流包装成本报价，新项目零件包装的设计以及提交客户并获得批准；以及新包材的件号申请，定点跟踪；首次包材导入的质量确认。
2. 国外客户(如GMK,GMH)每周装箱单的完成，以及相关标签的设计。
3. 售服零件零件信息的收集以及包装方案确认。
4. 产线以及仓库成品零件作业指导书的制定。
5. 供应商的包装信息的收集以及记录，存档。
6.供应商包装仕样书的审核，并与IE，生产部门共同确认是否满足内部要求。
7.供应商及客户端包装的改善以及优化，符合内部精益生产的要求及客户要求。
8. 新项目包装信息的汇总，并输入给IT以录入Barcode system。
9. 自制标签的模版更新。（每周）
