物业和设备管理

To oversee the functionality of all MHE (storage, conveyer systems etc) within the facility and ensure that they are operational at all times.

To Manage all vendors

to have a good communication with customer and vendor

To develop KPI’s and provide regular report of machine utilisation and downtime status

To assist in developing the Risk / Business Continuity Plan and to assist in the development of a contingency plan for system breakdowns

To build up a team of professional experts for providing equipment maintenance services

工作经验

Work experience

Proven experience in property management or management experience in logistics center

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
