职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness,
- receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- pick up and deliver mails
- respond to public inquiries
- assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
- stationery management
- cleaning service coordination
2. Perform receptionist functions,
- Greet, assist and direct visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
3. Administration support
- Meal, hotel and transportation arrangement for employees and visitors
- Shuttle buses arrangement, mileage check and payment arrangement
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Visa application for employees
4. Foreigners’ Work Permit, Residence Permit application and renewal
5. 5S coordination of Admin building
6. Company archive management
Requirement:
1. College degree in English, business administration
2. Good English skills
3. Good Microsoft skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Details oriented
6. Able to set priorities
7. Good team player
