Responsibility：

1. Work with user groups to identify and solve business problems with all available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals, eg. Server, FW, Router, Mail, Website, Telephone, Networks, Fax, Printer,ERP Systems, etc.
2. Requires broad and deep technical experience related to studying and analysing systems needs, systems development, systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.
3. Maintain, manage, upgrade and purchase the company’s informational software and hardware.
4. Implementation/maintenance of the company’s Information Policy/Rule.
5. Keep the unimpeded communication with headquarter for the tecnicial problem and requirement.
6. Provide users with training of IT related function.
7. Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications and uses that information to Proactively initiate enhancements to mitigate against future problems.
8. Coordinate studies and implement new procedures and techniques.
9. Respond to complex, escalated enquiries; and check the work of others to ensure projects are conducted effectively and recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor or Diploma degree in Information Studies, Business Management or Economics major.
2. 3-5 years work experience in System analysis, IT project management in multinational company.
3. With ERP or SAP experience.
4. Strong understanding of basic applications and current systems configurations.
5. Functional experience in VM is preferred.
6. Knowledge about IT infrastructure architecture & management.
7. Software development/new project management experience.
8. Self-initiative, disciplined, creative, and forwarding looking.
9. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
10. Team work spirit
11. Strong troubleshooting skills.
12. Strong customer focus with the end users.
13. Good oral and written communications skills.
14. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
