Job Title: (Sr.) Recruitment Consultant – Supply Chain

Location: Suzhou

Responsibilities:

- As a Professional Consultant in recruitment, you will be responsible for building up and managing a respective portfolio of clients within your specialization. Using your strong entrepreneurial mindset, you need target your clients and will partner with senior decision makers within those global organizations. Through consulting the clients with your market insight and industry knowledge, you are for sure delivering the value to your clients’ business.

- You will also maintain a strong and robust network of the market leading candidates in your own specialization. Being a true career advisor, you will provide your candidates with professional and advisory service in terms of the career development, career plan, industry trends and etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above

- Minimum 3 years work experience under high pressure environment,previous commercial or sales experience is an advantage

- Good knowledge about manufacturing environment with certain understanding about supply chain & sourcing function

- Strong sales driven and motivation

- Dual language (English or other foreign language plus Mandarin)

- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
