Lloyd Morgan Executive specializes in sourcing and placing mid to senior level executives in a wide range of occupations, specialty areas include Retail & Luxury, FMCG, Industrial Sales & Marketing, Banking & Financial Services, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, and Accounting & Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Format candidate CV and client JD into company standard version
- Register information of candidate, client and job vacancy to system
- Assist team manager and help consultants to delivery reports
- Supervise database quality
- Manage client job advertisement database and job postings on the internet
- Help consultant to make monthly reimbursement and supervise authenticity
- Answer all the telephone calls when consultant is absent
- Manage team diaries, meeting minutes
- Contact window to coordinate related work with Admin Department, Finance Department, Marketing
- Department and other functional team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, English major preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- At least 2 years supporting function experience, such as admin, sales operation, PA/EA
- Sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)
- Experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
- Responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in multi-task management
