Education:
1.Business or technical education (college) or comparable knowledge.

Work experience:
1.More than 5 years experience for planning job. Electronic industry daily plan experience is preferred.

Special know how:
1.Familiarity Office software special excel and access software.
2.Familiarity ERP or SAP system.
3.Good negotiation and communication skill.
4.Good decision-making and organisation skills.

Language skills:
1.Good English skill both oral, read and write.

Main Tasks:

1.Communicate with customer regularly and maintain the latest forecast & PO in system on time.
2.Issue weekly/daily production plan and daily follow-up production status, analyze the gap.
3.Follow up raw material shortage according to production plan.
4.Shipment commit to customer on time.
5.Follow up production performance indicator for example OTD.
6.Take part in production line cycle count, and check the data accuracy.
7.Collect material information daily from production and summarize actual process lost for all production lots.
8.Other relation daily works.
