1) BS degree in engineering,
2) At least 5 year work experience on Fab. metal, sheet metal, surface treatment, stamping, maching, die-casting, enclosures, hardware, heatsink and related commodity manufacturing or quality area,
3) Be familarwith the DFM and DFTool, can use these tool to analysize supplier manufacturing capability.
4) Be familar with manufacturing process of Fab. metal, sheet metal, surface treatment, stamping, maching, die-casting, enclosures, hardware, heatsinkt; know the related frequent issue and capable to handle the issues;
5) ISO9001, ISO13485, QS9000 basic knowledge.
6) Familar with Quality Tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP.
7) Could develop supplier and handle the material qualification and quality issue independentely,
8) Good english skill both Oral and Written.
9) Good communication skill and work attitude
10) Team Player is must.
Responsibility:
1. Supplier qualification and development as business request on fab, metal, sheet metal, hardware, heatsink, stamping, maching, enclosures, die casting commodity.
2) Working with sourcing and supplier quality engineering to feed production line in company timely with high quality products.
3) In charge of evaluating potential suppliers for part which require qualification.
4) Support the annual maintenance audit for existing suppliers with SQE and SBM.
5) Customer Drawing and Specification Review and use DFM and DFTool to analyze supplier capability against Flex/Customer product requirements; propse Value-added engineering to customer and supplier for quality improvement and productivity.
6) Localized components performance tracking in production and ensure not line down and not exceeding tolerable minimum DPPM/reject rate for commodity as:
- fab, metal, , hardware, heatsink,
- sheet metal
- stamping
- machining
- enclosures
- die casting
7) Implement the PPAP and follow up the status with cross function such as PE/TE, SCM, PM.
8) Responsible to help supplier to increase quality and productivity with SQE.
9) Lead new supplier audit with sourcing and project engineer and support annual audit if need.
10) New part development with supplier timely,help supplier to pass PPAP timely.
11) Support supplier to use the quality tools.
12) Handle with ECO/ECN/SCR, follow up the status in case that PPAP/FAI is required.
