Job Responsibilities

1. Ongoing improvement on the performance of key Backend PCBA manufacturing equipment but not limited to,
Speedline Electra Wave Soldering Machine, Tyco MEP12T Press, VJE Summit 1800 Rework Machine, Asymtek Auto Glue Dispensing System D-585, Stoelting Trek & Trek 224 Aqueous Cleaning machine, Sensbey MXL-450J/-600J Fluxing system, Wire Insulation Stripper…etc.

2. Provide full automation solutions to support BU productions and the associated functions such as IQA, warehouse & stock room.

3. Provide training to line & PM technicians on equipment operations & maintenance.

Job Requirements
1 Education Qualification
1) College degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical Engineering or similar discipline is a priority;
2) Require to work on odd hours, weekend or holidays whenever there are needs to fix machine shutdowns.

2 Experience
1) At least 5 years equipment engineering or maintenance experience in PCBA Backend and Assembly Processes.
2) Knowledge in Automation will be added advantage;

3 Knowledge & Skills
1) Full hands-on and well-versed in repairing & upgrading equipment & machines.
2) Prior experiences in PCBA and semiconductor automation will be added advantage.
3) Know-how with PLC programming.
4) Good at English speaking and writing.
