Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree and a minimum of 5 years working experience in PCBA quality area;
？ Be familiar with PCBA manufacture process and IPC standard.
？ Good English in writing and speaking is a must;
？ Strong leadership in all activities relating to quality within CFT;
？ Proficient with product quality management and quality control system;
？ Have good knowledge of ISO9001 and other quality tools.

Responsibility:

？ Communicate with customers as quality window for PCBA quality issue;
？ Take care of all customer concerns and complaints, work on the Root cause analysis and CAPA;
？ Prepare quality weekly report to manager and customer;
？ Closely cooperate with CFT to investigate & analyze PCBA quality issues found at customers or internally, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly;
？ Be responsible for assuring product is built in accordance to the quality plans and not compromised at any time;
？ Review and understand customer document packages, request special quality criteria for special cases, when starting new projects or new models.
