Job Description
1. Establish sustainable standard, system and process for equipment and headcount productivity activity
2. Establish Sustainable measurable metrics and review mechanism
3. Coordinate and proliferate cost saving best practice for GM improvement
4. Organize and provide technical support to assist operations leader on kaizen activities
5. Communicate with corporate on the goals, guideline and result for Flex factory engagement
6. Kaizen events/Yokoten Best practice/SGA activities Coordination
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in lean six sigma or equivalent experience and training.
2. 5 years of Operations experience. Have Kaizen experiences in manufacture.
3. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts, and apply mathematical operations to analyze and ensure the robustness of assigned designs.
4. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Has tactical and strategic focus within and across departments/functions. May provide input on functional strategy and standards.
5. Excellent English speaking, writing and listening.
