SQE (Electronic-Mechanical)

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree with 5-year SQE and at least 2-year Electronic- Mechanical SQE experiences;

Good communication in Written and Oral by English and Chinese;

Familiar with supplier quality / process management and the problem trouble shooting

Know how to handle the complicated parts and issues;

Strong electronic and mechanical knowledge;

Job description:

1) Responsibility for EM parts quality issues, including incoming, production and customer sides;

2) Failure analysis conduct and follow up, work with the supplier to improvement the quality if FA result is valid; and work closely with internal team and /or customer if the FA result is NFF to completely solve the problem;

3) Be the FA coordinator of Flex and work closely with customer FA coordinator to provide the whole picture to the Flex and customer management team for further improvement;

4) Track and improve the critical suppliers quality performance and improve their quality

5) Weekly meeting with internal team on component failure from the production and bi-weekly meeting with customer on FA progress to dig out the root cause

6) FA metrics keep and improve, for example FA cycle time and so on;
