Requirements

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic, mechanical and industry PE or relative fields;
？ 8+ years experience in similar industries, solid knowledge on PCBA assembly industry; Experienced in new product introduction; At least 5 years management experience.
？ Solid experience in project transfer and exposure to measurement instrument product are preferred;
？ Have a strong technical background, in-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing process;
？ Knowledge in lean manufacturing;
？ Good command of English. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
？ Good leadership and management skill.

Responsibilities

？ Weekly conference call with customer to discuss/update the engineering case;
？ Set up the PE team job target and execute the job plan to realize it;
？ PE team members daily job management;
？ Set up the training plan; push the training activity to improve engineer's skill;
？ Insure engineers can smoothly finish the project on schedule;
？ Improve NPI technology capability and capacity;
？ Hold PE team leader meeting and define each team's weekly job plan;
？ As PE team contact window, correspond the cooperation relation with other teams;
？ Review PE report before it is sent to customer;
？ Assist team leaders to solve daily job difficulty;
？ Training leaders how to arrange the job of his underlings;
？ Coordinate for the sudden PE issue in project build run;
？ Study NPI PE resource and help PC to establish NPI project demand plan;1
？ As a contact window to cooperate with building PE team;
？ Review customer schedule and NPI resource.
