职位描述
Position : Manufacturing Engineer
Qualification : Bachelor degree with major in mechanical/electronics/electrical engineering
Working Experiences : 3 years and above preferably in EMS industry and familiar with Automotive, Consumer and Industrial products
Job Requirement :
1) Hand-on experience in PCBA manufacturing processes such as solder paste printing, SPI, SMT pick and place, reflow soldering, AOI, X-ray, wave soldering and box build.
2) Extensive experience and involvement in NPI and NPT and able to define and develop process flow, process specifications and work instruction.
3) Knowledge of PCB, 0201, QFN, LGA, BGA and CSP components.
4) Knowledge of COB, conformal coating, underfill and potting process will be added advantage.
5) Knowledge of SMT machine such as DEK, Siemens/Panasonics placement machine, Heller reflow machine and Soltec/Vitronics wave soldering machine.
6) Knowledge of stencil design, assembly tooling and fixture design, PCB panelization design and packaging design.
7) Knowledge of SPC, DOE, DFM, DFA, PFMEA, OEE, Six Sigma, Error Proofing, IE method and Lean.
8) Familiar with troubleshooting PCBA manufacturing process related issue, provide corrective action and improvement recommendation.
9) Familiar with TS16959, ISO9002, UL and CSA certification will be added advantage.
10) Able to read, write and speak in English language.
