-Planning
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports(revenue, cost saving etc.) as per supervisor's requirement;
In order to monitor and follow up project progress.

-Policies and Procedures
(i)Implement global policies and procedures.
(ii)Implement factory PM procedures and align with
TE corporate policies. in order to ensure the project can be implemented smoothly.

-Project Management
Create cross function team, project schedule and budget;
Review and monitor projects progress;
in order to ensure projects' smoothly implementation.

-FA Follow up
Coordinate related function team to build and submit FA (First Article) samples and get approval from customers in order to ensure project successful implementation.(for Cable Assembly)
System Set Up Coordiantion
Coordinate to set up system(STARTEC,SAP,etc.) in order to ensure project successful implementation.(for Cable Assembly)

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree with at lease 5 years of project management exprience.

-Good communication, clear logic. integrity and good team player.
