Qualification:

· Bachelor degree or above in Engineering course

· 3 years working experiences in Electrical and Mechanical tests

· Knowledge in medical products is preferred

· Good failure analysis skill

· Material and data analysis skill

· Good hands-on skill is preferred

· Software and equipment programming is preferred

· Proficient in both written and speak in English

Responsibility:

· Responsible for the R&D lab management and development

· Support R&D project development process including research, verification

and reliability test

· Develop test procedure and working instruction documents

· Design and build test fixtures

· Test lab document control according to ISO13485 and ISO17025

· Electrical test including, Hi-pot, cable noise, cable capacitance,

Characteristic impedance, EMI, etc.

· Mechanical test including, Pull strength, cable bending flex life, Torque

force, material hardness, mating test, etc.

· Chemical and environmental test including, Autoclave, salt spray, shelf life,

aging, chemical immersion, water proof, etc.
