Qualification

- Bachelor degree in engineering
- 5 years related experience and 2 years or above of automotive industry
- Sufficient work experiences in quality system field .
- TS16949 and VDA6.3 Internal auditor
- Familiar with Quality Tools
- Strong leadership
- Open minded, energetic and team-oriented personality preferred.
- Independent decision making capability

Responsibility

-Follow quality department policies and procedures, and provide working guidelines and directions for section employees and ensure section employees fully compliance with corporate policies.
- Driving quality policy to improve quality awareness ,such as QMS orientation training etc
- Leader to optimize quality management system to be effectiveness and effeciency .
- Improve quality system implementation
- Lead and Prepare for yearly TS16949 external audit and customer audits
- Develop and organize internal quality audit.Review and summarize internal audit results to management team .
- Develop LPA audit, process audit ,D-Part audit etc
- Monitor Product audit
- Follow up and close the actions for all NC findings
- Well Document Control in the company
- Continual Improvement Action
- Monthly Report Preparation
