Role Statement:
Take responsible for execution of all critical tasks related to existing manufacturing process, Involve and contribute in new projects in plant side. Set up, enhance and improve manufacture process in TE plant in order to achieve high level process and accomplish TEOA requirements.


Key Tasks:
? Design new product production process; make the standard process flow chart
? Evaluate new product’s cycle time and production line capacity study
? Demand planning for human resource, equipment and fixture
? Lead internal logistic optimize, and actualize the improve of local layout
? Make planning for existing production process; make the logical process flow chart
? Investigate and take effective actions to the production process problems related to technical and quality
? Planning and implementation for production line visual management
? Make the standard layout drawing by related software (AutoCAD)
? Investigate potential safety risk in production process, and take effective actions accordingly


Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
? Bachelor degree major in industrial engineering
? Minimum 5 years working experiences in mass production of IE
? Excellent communication and IE skills
? Familiar with site layout and logistics analyses method
? Familiar with AutoCAD software
? Good engineering knowledge.
? Fluent English
