1. Coordinates WIP MRB Meeting with Engineering, Production and Maintenance departments.
a. Assures WIP QA auditors participation (problems reporting, documentation issues, etc.)
b. Completes MRB Reporting and distribution
c. Coordinate completion of CARs (Internal and External) as applicable.
d. Initiates and leads projects oriented to problem solving as results of the MRB meeting, determines trends and appropriate
courses of actions, such as scrap reduction, internal audit, customer CARs reduction.
e. Ensures customer CAR feedback and corrective actions completed on time.
f. Participates in preventive and continuous improvement projects (DOE, Kaizen, 5S, 6 Sigma, Brainstorming, PAQTs).
g. Decides on daily situations reported at the MRB meetings.
h. Initiates APQP changes as a result of MRB actions/improvements

2. Participates the Engineering Team in the areas of interpreting customer quality and submission requirements, sets up inspection activities on new items,
investigates methods and techniques to drive the company to the Lean philosophy and to Continuous Improvement..
3. Trains QA Inspectors:
a. New hires
b. Revision changes on procedures (MPP and Division-wide).
c. Quality criteria (Product launch).
Supervises QIP Auditors:
Control: Attendance, Permits, Overtime
4. Coordinates Internal NCMRs:
a. To segregate material for proper disposition
b. NCMRs costing and RMA issuing.

5. Coordinates SPC Software and assist coordinates Quality audits:
a. Monthly report of out of specification issues
b. Twice per year audits to SPC
Report lower CPKs on special characteristics for both: Customer and MR&P designated characteristics and develop an action plan
based on priorities set during this review.
c. Prints review (for current revisions)
6. Review procedures and provide necessary training.
7. Support Dock Audits, analyze preferable by month failed items for determining trends and appropriate courses of actions and takes
8. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

要求：College degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or related area or equivalent experience.

3-6 years working experience in Manufacturing, Quality and/or Process Engineering, with at least 1 year in foreign company/rubber manufacturing preferred. Training,experience with TS 16949 is a priority. Fluency in oral and written English is necessary.
