职位描述
Key Areas of Activity
Be responsible for new product introduction, existing product improvement.
Key Responsibilities in detail
1. Carry out Design for Manufacture reviews; ensuring that all new products are designed for optimum materials utilization, efficiency and to meet customer requirements;
2. Follow the New Products Introduction (NPI) process requirements to ensure that process stages are delivered on time and to customer requirements;
3. Work with customers’ team to specify product manufacturing requirements;
4. Create prototype and sample products to customer demand;
5. Work with customers’ Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive cost reduction activity;
6. Assist in trials and selection of new production equipment;
7. Support trials to qualify new materials;
8. Provide technical support to Engineers and Technicians;
9. Provide and record part ECN, for quality and cost control.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Minimum of 6 years Diecut related experience required; two or more years of project management experience strongly encouraged;
3. Good oral and written English;
4. Good computer skill in MS office and AutoCAD;
5. Good core competencies on Customer Service Orientation, Communication skills, Teamwork, Proactivity, Continuous Improvement, Planning and execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.
6. Willingness to travel.
