职位描述
Key Areas of Activity
Be responsible for daily purchasing jobs and assuring production going smoothly, Supplier management, inventory control and price negotiation, etc.
Key Responsibilities in detail
1. Material planning base on customer demand.
2. Minimize aged stock and obsolete stock. Work with Engineering and Production to consume aged stock.
3. PO create& release: Be responsible for buying RM, Spare Parts, components material and production facilities. Make sure that PO could be made in SAP system, released to vendor and confirmed by vendor correctly and timely
4. PO track and close
a. Track materials ETA in time and assure production smooth, avoid production delay or stop because of materials shortage.
b. Provide materials ETA information to WH in order to input the materials timely
c. Provide related right information and vouchers to I&E people
d. Provide right payment information to financial
e. Provide Forecast to Vendor on time and make sure that vendor prepare materials within enough time
f. Check and close the unfinished PO timely
5. Supplier Management:Supplier evaluation; relate to materials ETA veracity, Quality feedback, transit and related services. Working with sourcing dep. acti vely on price negotiation to achieve saving target
6. Inventory Control: Be good at Inventory control; make sure that materials stock could meet production demand in time but no excess stock or dead stock. Look for good methods, such as contact subsidiary companies, to consume excess or dead stock
Job Requirements
1. University or above in electronic industry or related
2. 5 years planning and purchasing experience at least in multinational company or electronic industry background is preferred
3. Know well about MRP or ERP, SAP experience is preferred
4. Be good at planning and production Process, data analysis, and negotiation. Good team leader, can work under pressure.
5. Be good at purchasing, data analysis, and negotiation. Active work attitude and could work under pressure
