Key Areas of Activity
New product introduce
Process Control
Customer complaint
Customer and 3rd party visit/audit
Key Responsibilities in detail
New product introduction, assure consistent quality, continual improvement, and customer satisfaction across whole site;
Participate in customer or 3rd party visits / audits; assure Pass; organize and track the corrective actions and make sure the actions are closed before due dates;
Be key member of P-FMEA, control plan team; Make sure FMEA and control plans are kept up to date.
Work out inspection criteria base on customer standard, track the inspection yield rate, and follow up corrective actions’ effectiveness;
Implement SPC control for key quality parameters and use data to drive process improvements
Control daily Out of Box Audit (OBA) activity to make sure inspection is effective and on time.
Carry out effective MRB process to make sure suspect materials are correctly disposition
Lead 8D investigation process for customer complaints. Coordinate the action team to make sure investigation and actions are carried out effectively and on time. Make sure 8D response is on time to customer requirements.
Job Requirements
(Education, major, English level, computer level and Key competencies)
College degree or above; Major in a technical / engineering subject
At least three years QE experience in electronic company or related industry
Good oral and written English;
Excellent problem solving skills
Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control; Green Belt certificate an advantage
Good at Microsoft office especially PPT, Word, Excel
GB knowledge and Minitab are preferred
Pro-active; can work under high pressure
Excellent communication skills
