Responsibilities – Tasks:
1. Goal
- Implementing quality standards of the company and achieving the quality targets of the
customers
- Implementing ISO 9001 quality management system in the company, and improving the overall quality consciousness level
- Supporting all CIP (Continual Improvement Processes) in the company
- Improving company’s quality by supporting supplier’s quality management
2. Planning/ Managing
- Setting and monitoring the annual Quality-goals according to global quality requirements.
- Budgeting and controlling of the Quality Management cost center
- Fulfilling the annual internal audit with the QMG
- Giving on-job training to all Quality staffs
3. Responsibilities
- Monitoring the execution of the PLASTON-Management-System to ensure the conformity to ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Studying and understanding the quality standards of new projects, and transmitting it to related departments
- Analyzing the process problems by using certain methods and tools to improve the quality.
- Executing the internal audits in accordance with the Quality-Planning QSM.
- Supporting to make the monthly Quality report.
- Handling all the customers’ complains and making actions to improve.
- Monitoring suppliers’ quality issues and assisting making actions to improve

Job Requirements:
- Associate College degree or above
- At least having two-year experience as Quality Manager, and working in quality field over seven years
- Having experience of building up and motivating the team.
- Having project experience and being able to apply the five tools of quality (PPAP,APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA)
- Having good technical knowledge, and being able to apply the seven analysis tools of quality
- Having a good command at ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and AQL standards
- Open minded, strong sense of tenet, good communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English ability.
