Qualification：

-Bachelor or above with engineering or EHS related major.
-5 years of experience understanding EHS programs in a manufacturing environment.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
-Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
-Previous EHS Training
-EHS certificates


Responsibilities：

-Establish and maintain EHS management system.
-Improve staff EHS awareness, behavior by developing and implementing training programs.
-Research and innovate the EHS process with Production, Quality and Facility and Engineering Departments.
-Conduct regular area inspection to discover potential EHS risk, make proposal to plant manager and work with respective departments to improve.
-Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action;
-Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure EHS target and objectives are achieved.
-Communicate and work with external stakeholders, e.g. government, vendor

Focus on continuous improvement of current programs and operations.
