GENERAL SUMMARY:
1. Primary role will be to develop special tooling and special equipment.
2. Work as process owner to find the solution for process related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Take the leading responsibilities of process development of new products/projects, including tool and/or equipment design, development, validation till they are qualified and introduced for normal volume production on time.
2. Assist production to improve the existing process by improvement of the existing tools, process flow or workmanship, etc.
3. Assists in equipment layout preparation
4. Responsible to make sure that the equipment and tooling are installed properly and to specifications and establish the optimum processing conditions
5. Ensures key deliverables for program costs, cycle times and quality requirements are met 4. Provide technical support to production department for the technical or process related issues.
6. Assist PD engineer to make prototypes or samples required by customer.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Major in Mechanical design from a national well-known university, Bachelor degree is a Must.
2. More than 5 years experience in automotive industry, at least 3 of 5 in one company continuously.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. High skills in using 3D software (Solidworks, Catia , UG,CAD…)This requirement is a Must.
2. English Level CET-4 is a must.
3. Basic oral English.
4. High skills in MS-Office.
5. Good command of ISO/TS16949 system, good command of APQP/FMEA/SPC/CP – Must.
6. Team work spirit, self-driven, result/customer oriented, careful observation.
7. Willing and patient to do something complicated in a logical way.
8. Logically trouble shooting, analysis and reporting skills.
9. Good control of progress, mind of timing.
