Key Responsibility:
fulfill the individual sales target in assigned customer / segment / region
establish and maintain adequate relationship with assigned customers at all levels and build up long term business relation with the customers in the assigned fieldidentifies and tracks company business opportunities with the customer as well as creates and updates sales plan ? focus on but not limited to the projects in the customers related to company products, not only the new construction but also the existing system function maintainingarrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion (i.e. workshops, seminara roadshow and etc.), guide the customer and make added value to the customerorganize and support all company business unit and JV's activity in the customer organization
Key Requirements:
min. five years’ sales experience for product projects
sales support experiences and technical background will be a plusbasic team leading experiences and partnership managementworking experiences in other companies in the area is preferredcollaboration with international teams will be a plusAn international electronic organization is looking for a Sales Engineer to support the fast increase of the business
