职位描述：
1.To manage building and other utility system, maintain the world class manufacturing standard.
管理建筑物﹑地面等公共设施以符合世界一流制造工厂的高水平
2.To implement new construction or facility project with high quality standard and competitive cost.
以高质量标准和竞争性成本，实施新建筑或设施项目。
3.coordinate and ensure government approval of plant expansion, and carry it out on schedule.
协调和确保工厂扩建相关报批工作，并按进度要求实施。
4.Coordinate and provide the related information of facility and equipment to design institute.
协调和提供相关工厂设施和设备信息给项目设计单位。
5.Coordinate and ensure the related expansion activity meet the safety standard of Baxter.
协调和确保扩建相关的活动符合百特安全标准。
6.Periodic inspection of consruction sites.
定期检查施工现场。
7.Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
严格遵守预算的指导方针，质量和安全标准。
8.Assist project manager to make project Gantt.
协助项目经理制作甘特图。
9.Initiate the related CPA of construction.
发起建筑工程的相关CPA申请。
10.Ensure whole project documents fully archive.
确保项目文件完整归档。
11.Other assigned task.
其他上级交代的工作。




职位要求：
1.University graduate or above in Electrical or engineering or HVAC or construction.
本科以上，主修电气、工程、暖通或建筑
2.At least 5 years experience in relative work with 3 years in JV company in engineering. Have experience in medical enterprise, priority.
相关领域至少五年工作经验，外资企业三年工程项目管理经验。有医疗企业工作经历者优先。
3.Be familiar with Microsoft office and auto CAD, Microsoft project and College English lever4.
熟悉office 软件，auto CAD， Microsoft project软件和大学英语四级。
4.To be capable for general facility system maintenance in medical related company, familiar with key system validation.
有药包材或制药企业厂房设施（包括洁净空调、空压系统、水处理、建筑物等）维护管理经验，熟悉关键系统验证流程。
