-To do final inspection and send inspection reports in details to relevant colleagues for information.
-Supplier qualification program implementation.
-To pin point the production operations which need special attention.
-To prevent and reduce the number of product defects.
-Be capable of handling affairs and solving the problems in manufacturing process.
-Work very closely with merchandisers on all quality issues.
-Communicate well between office and manufacturers.
-Analyse field failure by monthly inspection reports, recommend improvement actions to team manager.
Key Requirements:
-Skillful of the bulk shoes/bags production control. Shoes QC experience is a must.
-Experience of quality standards and tools implementation for manufacturing
-At least 3 years quality inspection experience in shoes/bags field
-Best practice and positive findings sharing
-Able to travel frequently
