岗位职责Job Responsibility：

1. 领导传统业务整个工厂的运营,包括生产,维修,生产质量,生产物流,量产工艺；

Lead the traditional business plant operation team, includes production, maintenance, production quality, production logistic, production process;

2.建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，并激励团队，发展团队成员；

Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team member and development employees;

3.管理质量,成本,交付,安全及系统的KPI,以有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化；

Manage the quality, cost, delivery, safety and system KPI to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;

4.专注于精益制造系统的推广和实施,推动持续改进.

Focus on the development and implementation of lean manufacturing system, facilitate the continuously improvement.

5.参与新项目的开发, 支持其他部门活动的展开
