Maintains and troubleshoots multiple systems including the infrastructure, ERP, Client and server support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Administer Windows domain, File Server

· Desktop set-up and maintenance(Win7 Pro)

· Ensure network stable and security

· CCTV and related security system Maintain and Support

· HR & shopfloor system support

· Enhance and improve ERP System from technical perspectives.Provide technical support for end user trouble shooting and other ERP reated issues. Perform system monitoring to keep it stable and availability

· Support End users in IT relate support include microsoft office, lotus notes, PC Hardware issues and printing issues.

· PDM system client install

· IT relate purchasing hardware & software and IT Asset management

· IT relate training to end users when required

QUALIFICATIONS

· Major in Computer or related

· Minimum of year’s personal computer/network support experience.

· ERP experience is required

· Computer skills in Windows Domain manage and maintain, and LAN/WAN support are required.
