职位概要：

Supervise the internal flow of receiving, shipping, warehousing and all material movement within the plant.

主要职责：

- Implement common business process to manage all activities in warehouse: receiving, storage, issuance, packing, dispatching, cycle count and physical inventory

- Responsible for inventory accurency , monitor and report the inventory variances.

- Check daily production plan, supply right materials to production line in correct quantity and timely, establish materials supply routes.

- Review daily shipment schedule , arrange finished goods re-packing and labeling to meet delivery requirements, ensure 100% on time delivery.

- Optimize storage utilization and material flow, ensure FIFO and 5S to be implemented.

- Ensure holding and scrap materials to be isolated and blocked strictly in warehouse. To prevent unqualified products be deliveried to customer.

- Review warehouse standard operation process and working instructions regularly, optimize and update it if necessary.

- Provide reports and statistics base on daily, weekly and monthly.

- Subordinates management and training.

- Layout design for logistics warehouse

- Calculate labor , equipment and area requirements for logistics warehouse

- Special assignments as required by manager.

- Be familiar with environment factors of his/her own position

任职资格：

- College diploma or above, better with mechanics knowledge

- Minimum 3 years working experience in warehouse management.

- Good command of English and PC skills

- Be familiar with SAP system

- Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership

- MS-office, CAD software
