Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:
In charge of mapping out annual objectives according to company`s development strategy.
Meeting or exceed sales targets for both rental equipment and all safety services.
Building a stable, enthusiastic & effective business team.
Guiding, training and improving department multiple business capabilities, efficiency & scientific management,
Responsible for leading the Business Development operations.
Monitoring projects deliverables.
Establishing and further developing positive relationships with all customers in the target market(s)..
Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:
BS/MA/Ph.D in Molecular Biology, medicinal, or related field. The MBA degree is a plus.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills and successful BD experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills at making business presentation (Fluency in English required).
Study abroad or oversea work experience;
At least 5-10 years’ experience in biopharma companies with sales management skills
Familiar with China CRO and pharmaceutical industry; keep an updated market overview in order to identify innovative business opportunities
Strong organizational skills, business negotiation skills, and team management;
High sense of responsibility and professional spirit, strong ability in decision-making.
Outstanding leadership & group cohesiveness.
