职位职责：

Finance Business Process Procedures
1. Finance Business Process Procedures
2. Financial Transactions
a. Review all Financial Transaction within IFS
3. IFS Finance Issues
a. Resolve Finance issues
b. Change requests
c. New reports entered into IFS database.
4. Audit –
a. Audit Finance team against the best practice throughout the Worldmark sites.
5. Train Finance community –Based on the Audit Train Finance users in best practice for IFS where required.
a. Training documentation should be based on the standard Procedures.
b. Ensure each site has an expert in Finance who has ability to train all sites users in Finance. Create certification test for Finance users.
6. New IFS Sites - Lead Finance in rollout to any future sites.
a. Review documents on how to create a new company
7. Test IFS Patches - Financial sign off for any proposed patches to be applied to IFS. All test to be documented.
8. Month & Year End Closure –Ensure Worldmark Finance teams close monthly and yearly accounts to the agreed Worldmark and legal standard of each country.
9. Reports – Ensure all sites use the standard IFS reports. Reports such as Job Profitability.
10. Finance Reports –
a. Review all Finance reports
b. Remove obsolete reports.
c. Ensure New to have supporting documentation explaining purpose of report, how to run report etc.
11. Finance KPI’s - Ensure all Asia sites follow agreed standard Finance KPIs
